Our notary services

Here's what a Michigan notary can do for you — and what the law does not allow.

The three notarial acts

Michigan recognizes three types of notarization

The document itself tells us which act it needs.

1

Acknowledgment

You personally appear and confirm you signed willingly.

2

Jurat (oath / affirmation)

You sign in front of us and swear the contents are true.

3

Signature witnessing

We watch you sign in person and attest to it.
