Apostille services — for documents used in Mexico & abroad

We handle the legwork of getting your documents apostilled for use abroad.

What is an apostille?

A government certificate that makes your document valid in another country

An apostille authenticates a document so another country (like Mexico) will accept it.

Important: we facilitate — the State issues it

The State of Michigan issues the apostille — we handle the whole process for you.

What we can apostille

Two kinds of documents

Michigan records (birth, marriage, death)

Certified Michigan vital records go straight to the State — no notary needed.

Translations, powers of attorney & notarized documents

These are notarized first, then apostilled — we prepare and submit them.

A foreign document can only be apostilled by its own country — but we can apostille a certified translation of it.

How it works

Simple, start to finish

  1. 1Tell us what you need apostilled and what country it's going to.
  2. 2We prepare it — a certified copy for official records, or notarization for documents that need a notarized signature.
  3. 3We submit it to the State of Michigan — by mail, or in person for rush.
  4. 4We return the finished, apostilled document to you — in person or by mail.
